what? What did you promise yourself that you'd do differently "next
year" -- go after certain customers, find a strategic partner
or offer a new service?

of us are pretty good at setting goals; sometimes we're not so good
at doing what it takes to reach them. Whether you've been in business
for 6 months or 6 years, you know it takes energy and will power to
keep going.
